    A: We offer the one year warranty service for product and half year warranty service for easy-worn parts like battery. The quality problems caused by improper operation or man-made damage are not covered by the warranty.

    A: We offer 3% of free spare parts for order quantity exceeds 100 pieces.

3. Q:What`s your payment ways?
    A: We accept T/T, Paypal, Ali security payment.

5. Q:What`s the delivery time?

    A: 1) If requested model and quantity is available from our overseas warehouse, the delivery time 2 work days, ETA 2-3 work days for EU countries; 2) For shipping from our Shenzhen factory, delivery time is 7 natural days, ETA is 8-15 work days by air shipping. 3) Product lead time depends on the exact order quantity.
